Our own Jonathan (Chad) Moseley - Chairman of our Lawrence County
Republican Committee speaks. He reminded everyone that Lawrence
County is known as the "Mother of Counties."

at the Ozark Folk Center in Mountain View, AR was announced by Jacque Martin.

State of Arkansas Republican Party Chairman Doyle Webb spoke, announcing the
election of Chase Dugger (former Political Director) to the position of Executive Director.
He also recognized Staci Cates (photo not available), congratulating her receipt of a college
degree, and indicating she would continue to work for the Republican Party of Arkansas
part time. Chairman Webb expressed his excitement with the field of US Senator Candidates,
US Congressman Candidate (Rick Crawford) and LT. Gov. Candidate, (Mark Darr). The State
has over 50 candidates in the upcoming election. He expects at least 12 - 15 to be elected.

Chairman Speaks recognized North East Regional Chairman Andrew Strickland who gave
a report on activities of the Region. He brought brochures of the Southern Republican
Leadership Conference which will be held in New Orleans, LA April 7, through April 11, 2010.

White River Region Chairman Joe LaBlanc, gave a Regional report.
Jackson County Chairman John Casteel offered a Regional report from his county. Several
other reports were called for from Chairman Speaks from County spokesmen (photos not available).
The US Senate Candidates, the US House of Representative Candidate, and the Arkansas
Lt. Governor Candidate,next to take the podium, were welcome by Chairman Speaks.

Rick Crawford received a standing ovation when introduced by Chairman Speaks.
Rick, hoping to defeat House Representative Congressman Marion Berry, spoke towards that end. Gina Ramey represents her husband Fred Ramey this evening. Fred is
also a Candidate for Blanch Lincoln's seat in the Senate.
